Missing NFL 26 Preorder Content

Me to still no word

I pre ordered Madded 26 deluxe edition and have not received the 4600 points, the elite player item, and the Xp token and other bonus content included in the deluxe edition.

I purchased the Deluxe Edition of Madden 26 on Steam. I was allowed early access and played the game before the official release date. However, up to this point, I still have not received the pre-order items that came with the Deluxe Edition. (Jalen Hurts, HOF Fantasy Pack, 4600 MUT Points, etc.) I opened a case with EA Help and all I was told is that the team was aware and the problem has been reported. EA has not publicly announced a way ahead so what am I supposed to do?

Still missing mine.

I just want to receive what I paid for it’s been two weeks almost and I still haven’t received him. Thank you very much.

Been 2 weeks since I’ve had the game. Should’ve known not to trust EA. I still haven’t gotten any of my digital deluxe pre order content except for the 7 day early access. User is Ir0nCh3f_Fr0g 0n PlayStation. If someone can help please do. Ridiculous they take $100+ and can’t help at all. 

Do you get to keep the game? 😂

Been over a week and still missing pre order points, exclusive cards and content. Contacted support but haven't had any help and told to check socials. Yet, Socials have been silent about this issue. Anyone else still dealing with this issue?
