Missing NFL 26 Preorder Content

Hey it’s like day 10 of madden and I still haven’t gotten any of my deluxe edition benefits , no Jalen hurt , no 4600 , no hall of fame pack , or no rookie premiers . This is getting ridiculous I either want my money or my packs and 4600 like I paid for

Ok so it’s not just me still annoying 

Bought Madden 26 on July 24th (really in the 23rd, didn’t process till the 24th). When I logged into Madden on the 14 I never received the pack containing 80 overall Jalen Hurts. So I’m still waiting and I’ve sent a message to EA Help via X but never got a response back. Screenshots show when I bought Madden 26 and the other shows EA on X, saying when you have to buy Madden 26 to receive him.

Like what am I doing wrong ? Literally everyone i play has him and now I am genuinely pissed it’s been more then 2 weeks, here I am spending coins on stupid players when I can’t even buy him which is not okay because I should have already had him for two weeks. Everyone I play and I haven’t had him has cost me. He is a good card and I feel like this is really unfair. 2 weeks ??????

I'm still missing Julius Peppers and I've opened multiple tickets and talked to multiple chat agents. Has ANYONE managed to get him to appear, or are we stuck with EA pretending we don't exist?

I still haven’t got my will johnson. I have went back to madden 25 and done challenges and leveled the rookie premiere pass up and still nothing in madden 26. 

I still haven gotten my pre order hurts its been quite some time now on ps5 btw
