Missing NFL 26 Preorder Content
Another year of Madden and another year of missing preorder content. Have not received my points or player items. Can we get this resolved asap before those players are outdated?

Did you get it yet? Cause the game has been out for 3 **bleep** weeks and I'm still missing my jalen hurts julius peppers AND 4600 preorder points
This is just unacceptable at this point the game has been out for 3 weeks now and I'm still missing my 4600 madden points, Jalen Hurts and Julius Peppers. Those cards will be obsolete by the time I get them (if I ever do) how can EA fix a glitched pack in the store in 15 minutes but still have people missing content they paid real money for. No customer service contact either like what's going on.
I think you’re having the same issue I may be having. I purchased the MvP Bundle but for some reason I don’t have access to the deluxe edition of Madden, only the standard. So I I have been unable to get any of my stuff either. Ea Help hasn’t been able to help me at all.

Dear EA Community Manager or Whoever else may read this.
I pre-ordered the $149.99 Madden NFL Deluxe edition, specifically for the 80 S1 Jalen Hurts reward, as he’s my son’s absolute favorite NFL player. My son has been battling a bad illness, and I splurged on this to bring him some joy, Jalen is by FAR his favorite player in the NFL. Yet here we are WEEKS later, we still haven’t received the promised reward. It’s crushing to see his excitement fade, especially when this was meant to lift his spirits. Please somebody help me and my son and make this right for him.

Paid for the Deluxe edition Aug. 14th (which has shown up on my credit card) but only the Standard edition appears to have been downloaded. I have yet to see the 4600 points. Not sure if the Deluxe is one and the same as the Premium Pass but if so, the Upgrade tokens, Max training, season tickets items within the field pass are still locked up as well.
