Missing NFL 26 Preorder Content

I paid for the deluxe Edition of madden and haven’t received any of the “benefits”. Of doing so except early access. $50 dollars more for nothing promised is ridiculous. This is a huge mistake and would like to get some answers. Like what would have happened if I never messaged in a forum would have just been scammed. Need action and solution quickly.

Is anyone else still waiting on their preorder bonuses? I havent received any of the items that I can tell from buying the bundle.

I still have not received my 4600 Madden points, Jalen Hurts, Saquan Barkley and Legends pack. Is everyone still missing stuff?
