Missing NFL 26 Preorder Content

Another year of Madden and another year of missing preorder content. Have not received my points or player items. Can we get this resolved asap before those players are outdated?

I haven’t been able to access the challenges menu since June 2nd, 2026. I load up the game on my Xbox, go to ultimate team, click challenges, and the game gets stuck on the screen at the 10 yard line...
