MISSING PREMIUM FIELD PASS

My premium field pass has vanished and they’re trying to charge me for it again!!! Fix this ASAP this is the first Madden game I’ve ever purchased and played and honestly with this happening AND the servers crashing every 10 seconds, it isn’t a great impression!!!
