Missing season 4 event token

I had just finished the zero chill event and went 10-0 but I did not revive my season 4 event token. I got the snow and that was it when I went to sets the token wasn’t there and THIS NEEDS FIXED THIS ISN’T ACCEPTABLE FOR PEOPLE WHO GRINDS THE EVENTS!!! I DON’T GET ON THIS GAME TO JUST PLAY IT I PLAY IT SO I CAN UPGRADE MY TEAM AND I CANT DO THIS IF I DON’T GET MY EVENT TOKEN TO GET THE CARD I WANT PLAESE REACH OUT AND FIX THIS !!!
