Missing snow from completing zero chill event vs the cpu since last week.

Done over 6 runs since last week vs cpu in the zero chill event. Didn't receive the 1k snow or xp for completing games or full runs. I have contacted ea 8 times so far and they say they cannot help me to come post here. The event seems to be tracking the xp now but not granting the 1k snow. Will I be receiving the lost snow xp from last week.
