MISSING TOKEN

I did the event in madden nfl 26 in ultimate team. I went 10-0 and was suppose to receive my token and you guys did not give it to me and there’s multiple people that have the same issue. You guys care about money more then your customers and this ridiculous I spent so much money over the years and the one time I can get something for free  you guys make sure you don’t give us the rewards

    I also am missing my token, received the #2 pack instead of the #1, despite it being my first one.

    Same thing happened to me yesterday, I’m on ps5. I never had this issue with the unstoppable event.

    going to lose a ton of value given players can earn a second token now. would have been nice to get my token last night.

    Same thing happened to me first time I went 10-0 never got the chance to get Rodgers. Platform : xbox
