Servers Are Not Available At This Time Error

Yes it’s the same issue nothing has changed. I can’t access my main account and I can’t get in contact with anyone from EA to unlink my gamertag.

XTriGz​ So, in order to look at that, support would need to be the ones you speak with, as we can't make any actual changes to the account. If it were a technical error, we could assist, but if it is an account issue, we cannot. Unlinking your Gamertag would do more harm than good. If you did unlink it, the moment you relink it, you would end up starting over, and all that progress and content would be gone.

Did this just start happening or has it been an issue since you first tried to log in? Are you getting any other errors in the game or any other mode you try to access?

Thank you for bringing this up because it’s legit ticking me off. I was in my solo seasons playoff game this morning working on my tokens and once again, server error causing me to lose and waste all that time. Happens in CFB sometimes too

I can only access the game offline. It won’t connect to the servers on that gamertag. It happens every year. I couldn’t access NCAA and. Ow I can but can’t access Madden. So it has to be the profile.

XTriGz​ Are you able to log into another profile on the console and access UT? The issue with the Gamertag is that with that specific error, it's so generic that it could be anything from the console - network - permissions - sanctions. If it were a sanction, you would get something like you don't have access, and not a server error. 

Can you connect the Xbox to a hotspot or a different WiFi connection to test it out? From the EA account side, that is fine so that rules out that part. If you can connect on another location, or with a guest profile or a different Gamertag, then it may be the Xbox Profile itself but thats a limited viewing of what it could be.

I tried multiple internet sources and multiple consoles. I can access the servers on different gamertags on those same sources. I was able to access the servers for a few days on my current gamertag before I started receiving the message again. 

XTriGz​ Gotcha. I did some digging into the account, and what i need from you is to create a new case and then send me a PM with the case number. I will get some people to look into the account itself.

I tried to create a new case but it just says support is busy.
