Missing twitch drop please I just want my rewards

Question

I have still yet to receive my twitch drop rewards from days ago. My twitch and ea are linked and I claimed the drops through twitch but have not gotten anything, no unopened packs or the Darren Waller in my binder. I have created a Case and talked to customer support, they recommended to comment something on the forums. So please if anybody from EA sees this, can I just get the rewards I earned by watching the stream? The email for my ea account is sandmansantz @ Gmail.com and my PlayStation as well. My case number is 229742506and I spoke to arpit from customer service.

This is a community wide issue. Many players are missing the content from the event on Saturday. I am sure EA will be addressing this issue this week.

same here but on xbox. still nothing. no drops since that madrid / waller stream. not even a comment by ea. very sad.

Add me to the list. Haven't received Madden drops since just before Darren Waller drop weekend. Finally purchased College Football on sale last week and I should have a ton of claimed drops from the past few months waiting for me, but nothing is showing up. I will continue to claim all the drops that are offered, while I sit here hoping one of the engineers finally figures it out.
