I have had my accounts linked for a while and about 2 days ago I was supposed to get my mark ingram tokens and my zero chill packs today. I tried restarting my game unlinking and relinking my accounts and nothing has seemed to work can anyone help me out?
Opened up two tickets couldn’t get help from either support member and they told me that ea servers didn’t sync so my claims didn’t come though their end had proof and all that I watched them still said they couldn’t do anything
As of yesterday I have still have not received anything I have claimed
I have only received some of the drops, and no Ingram token for this week.
Same here. They’re promoting the MCS tomorrow and half of us won’t even get the Drake London until ZC is over, if ever.
I haven’t received anything since Thanksgiving week for both MUT and CUT
I've been having the same issue for atleast a week now. I did get my waller drop but since then I have not been getting drops. I randomly got a mark Ingram token and a zero chill pack but didn't get any of the other packs. I reached out to twitch and they say its on ea. Ea says they are aware of the issues but have no answers.
**bleep** I didn’t know that I just got back into mut because I typically play Christmas time and I was trying to get the drops to build up my team
Lots and lots of us missing all Twitch drops since Darren Waller weekend 3 weeks ago. Missing drops in College Football, too. Not a peep from EA and opening a support ticket does nothing, either. Not sure what to tell you.
