MUT CONNECTION ISSUE - cant get into ultimate team
Every time I try to enter ultimate team im getting the attached error messages. This is starting to happen more often now. Very frustrating 😡 Darlo_Matt on ps5

Apologies for the delayed reply on this.
We are currently looking into the connection issues that have been happening recently. In the meantime, here are some steps that may help you get back into MUT:
- Reconnect to EA Servers by tapping R2 or Right Trigger on your controller
- Enter Superstar from the menu, then choose Showdown Ranked
- Exit from Superstar back to the main menu
- Open your Notifications and select "You've unlocked a MUT item"
Once you've gone through those steps, you should be able to connect to MUT. You may need to take your time between the steps and make sure everything loads.

Are you also investigating the issue where PC players cannot play the CPU draft modes without it being in slow motion or are you and the rest of your team just going to ignore it and hope that we forget about it?
