Every time I open a mystery pack it takes my training then DOESNT show me a pack and then it says I have 2 unopened packs but when I press on it it says I have no packs in my unopened packs can I get makerights for this because I geniually lost a bunch of training from this
Same issue here. Currently showing 1 unopened pack but there is no pack visible to open.
Same here. 4 unopened packs and training gone.
Same here. Just got off the chat with EA and they are working on it. Plus open each pack after getting done with challenges cause they will probably get lost to with the other missing packs.

I have had the same issues as well. Lost 13 packs and ea help sucks
