Mystery Pack

every time i buy a mystery pack it takes my training & says “option not available to select at this time” last night i had 7 unopened packs then opened 3 with my training and didnt get them but it said i had 10 unopened when i checked my game it said i had 3x 70+ packs which i didn’t purchase im assuming it gave me those im replace for my 3 i didnt get. EA i simply dont understand
