Mystery packs in Madden 26

I opened two mystery packs but never got my rewards or packs from them. Sounds like this is an all round thing rn but not sure. Hope this gets fixed.

Payed for Season 8 field pass, did not receive it.
Loaded onto Madden 26 and bought $15 worth of madden points, went and bought the field pass and then just didn't receive it. Reloaded the game, restarted my console, restored licenses, still nothing....
