Bought points on Madden, bought the Field Pass and wasn't given access

I bought the Season 8 Field Pass. I spent $15 on Madden Points which the game gladly took. I then spend said points on the Field Pass. The game booted me from Ultimate Team and then said I had to buy the pass again, yet I was still charged, and my points were taken away from my account. Basically the game stole $15 from me and expects another $15 to get the Pass. I would like a refund and/or the Field Pass as I payed for it and my points were taken, but access was not given to me.
