I cannot play a mut 26 game. I cant even load into a solo challenge ive tried everything

delete and redownload game

clear cache

delete all saved data

rebuilt data bade

hard system reset

My friends have logged on my account and had the same issue so its not my console

nothing works i still have the same error code(CE-108255-1) i dont know what to do.
