Negative Madden Points

I have contacted EA help a numerous amount of times now, and received no help. Yesterday I bought 1600 points and the game didn't register that i bought them So I bought another 1600 and had to rebuild the database on my PS5 for them to load. I spent 1500 on the Field pass and now have -1500 points. EA help has told me to wait 24 hours and its been 24 hours and still the same issue. Does anyone have any similar issues at the moment?
