No Drops/Lineup Server Error Glitch

Got up on the game today was getting the new cards for my titans theme team you feel me. Played a few games everything seemed pretty good (besides my twitch drops still not coming in after days) Then I go to adjust my lineups, next thing you know it says server error and boots me to the main menu. So I was like okay… let me just go back into it. Boom did it again… and again. Turned to an all day thing. Tried looking up forums on if anybody else has had this issue and I seen a few older posts, some said to remove chems, some said remove abilities, restart your game, reinstall. I’ve did everything. Spent hours earlier in the morning trying to contact EA about drops as well just for them to say they’re working on getting players what they are owed with no specific date. I don’t even want to contact them again about this too. Does anybody know a fix for this issue? I appreciate it. Not finna get my hopes up tho. This honestly is too many unnecessary steps for all this smh.
