No rewards

Loaded up madden and got NO rewards for hitting champion so I been playin the the ne ranked season hoping it’ll jus pop up in packs after some matches but I still have nothing, honestly I’m upset abt this and the issue needs to b solved fast I was too excited and now that impulse is dying down.
