Not receiving all game rewards for completing a mode in MUT

Last night I finished Solo seasons regular, playoffs and the Super Bowl. I did not receive my 2 solo tokens from my Super Bowl win. It shows as not complete on season pass. This has happened before.  Seems impossible to contact ea help or customers service. How do we get what we paid for?  That being the proper rewards and game working properly.
