Not receiving my madden ultimate welcome pack

I created a new mut account and I just got in the game and I realized 2 days ago I never got the welcome pack for the playoff program. I have evidence that I never received it because of the item catalog. I never owned the welcome tips that came in the pack meaning I never received it. Please help I need that pack
