Passive X-factors on Jakobi Meyers

I don't know what happened with the Collector Series content release today, but it seems to have impacted 99 Flashback Jakobi Meyers passive X-Factor bucket, in which he now has all defensive X-factors in. Hopefully, we can get this fixed as we did Freeney.
