Hi EA. It’s been over 2 months now and wondering when I’m gonna get my PLAYOFF PROMO reward for winning the H2H event. YOU ARE A JOKE. “Top priority” “as soon as possible” “soon”. You guys need a lesson in customer service. It’s absolutely embarrassing that you put these forums here and act like you actually read them. You don’t care about customers. This isn’t a new issue. It’s every madden. I know I’m taking a wall and I know no at the company is reading this but I was bored. I get a good laugh from time to time reaching out to support and getting the same robot response every time. Shame
