Random twitch account

There was a random twitch account linked to my EA account. When I disconnected the random twitch account and then try to reconnect my actual account, I continue to get a notification saying you can only have one twitch account linked for the lifetime of the EA account. Is there any way to go about linking my actual account?

Hi there. Unfortunately, there is the one account per lifetime limit. I'm sorry to say, we're not able to link a different account for you.

i had the same issue with an unknown twitch account. i was able to unlink the wrong account and link the correct account back with help from an EA-Advisor in live-chat. you should try this.
