Ranked H2H didn’t receive no RP points after a win

Like come on EA, ranked already challenging but for me to play a game and get no points is trash. Fix this asap. The community still investing into Madden 26 and 27 almost out and we can’t fix these minor issues??? Come on. 

You can see the picture play one game won 21-14 and the next game I won 7-0 points were still the same. I didn’t get anything I should be at elite III
