Ranked Rewards Partially Received

I finally got the Top 100 H2H ranked player pack but I did not receive my badge or banner. Please unlock these on the accounts that were top 100 for their platform. I received half of a reward, it's the least EA can do since the value of those players are in the absolute gutter now.
