Rare Strategy Items Cannot be Equipped

With rare strategy items now being newly available to get via sets, they are not working properly, as any of the strategy items related to positions cannot be equipped.

The team-related cards are the only ones that appear to work, as the "strategy slots" for those cards are properly set to "Team Affinity".  There are however no strategy slots assigned to any of the position-related cards, making them unusable.
