Re: Team Pass Reset After Game Crashed

Hi, I bought Madden NFL 26 about 5 days ago. After installing today’s update, all of my saved data and progress is completely gone. The game started over as if I never played, and now it’s asking me to pay again for the season pass/content that I already purchased.

I still have my proof of purchase and the payment went through. Can someone please look into this? I would like my saved progress restored and the season I paid for unlocked again.
