Team Pass Reset After Game Crashed

    1a2ttff​ today ( i dont know the exact time) was the official start of the game, before there was the early access for everybody that preordered the game. so there was the early access team pass and now it changed to the season 1 team pass. thats how it was for everybody.

Hi, I bought Madden NFL 26 about 5 days ago. After installing today’s update, all of my saved data and progress is completely gone. The game started over as if I never played, and now it’s asking me to pay again for the season pass/content that I already purchased.

 

I still have my proof of purchase and the payment went through. Can someone please look into this? I would like my saved progress restored and the season I paid for unlocked again.

    Just happened to me too , lost my lions season pass and all game progress , paid for the early access and played it for the last 7 days , what a joke ea are

    This exact thing happened to me with this most recent update.  I’ve reached out to ea but wasn’t sent a confirmation about my support ticket I submitted.  What was your solution?  I purchased the game a few days ago and I’m ready to reach out to PlayStation and try get a refund due to the absolute lack of support from EA making this game unplayable.
