s7 field pass

so I bought the s7 field pass yesterday and I didn't get my field pass or my 1500 points but it took my money as if I did and now when I click on to buy any points from Madden store it gives me an error message... and I tried to chat with an advisor and I got disconnected now when I try to start a new chat its telling me ea does support this which is a load of bs when I was just chatting with some one for the same reason
