Re: Where is my Season 8 Premium Field Pass?

EA returned the points to my account and was able to get season pass had to wait a little over a day but all back to normal.

Did it get fixed after it happened to u? 

A similar thing happened to me. I purchased the field pass through the MUT store and didn’t receive anything. I went to view the field pass and accidentally hit A again so it purchased the pass again. I contacted support as it seemed like a pretty easy issue to fix. However, the support team told me no purchases are refundable. It shouldn’t be possible to purchase a one time item like a field pass more than once. If it is, support should be able to fix the issue. The rep I chatted with said it was my mistake for purchasing it twice, which is true but then admitted you can purchase it a third time. Why in the world can you purchase a field pass three times? Them claiming they can’t return virtual points that I spent real dollars on is mind boggling. I’ve played Madden for years and this was my last straw. This company has gotten so greedy over the years and I won’t be spending another dollar on this joke of a game.

Horrible customer support

I too paid for the premium pass and it is not working. I paid for points and i asked customer service for points refund intead so i can Re-buy the pass when it is working and they said no button to do that...

Yup was on cloud play so I don’t know if that’s also an issue

I'm on PS5, so it's clearly not a console exclusive issue

Having the same issue. Contacted support and was told to wait 24 hours, such a joke of a company.

How many people is this happening for? I've not logged in yet. I usually get the pass through the screen that says Premium pass 1,500 points or free pass.
