Season pass

when I got on yesterday morning it had me in season 4 and so i decided to buy the pass and then later that day it kicked me and it put me back to season 3 but now season 4 is out, I have my game pass but it’s saying I have already earned up to level 4 but I don’t see no packs for level 1,2, and 3
