Yes it’s the same issue nothing has changed. I can’t access my main account and I can’t get in contact with anyone from EA to unlink my gamertag.

XTriGz So, in order to look at that, support would need to be the ones you speak with, as we can't make any actual changes to the account. If it were a technical error, we could assist, but if it is an account issue, we cannot. Unlinking your Gamertag would do more harm than good. If you did unlink it, the moment you relink it, you would end up starting over, and all that progress and content would be gone.
Did this just start happening or has it been an issue since you first tried to log in? Are you getting any other errors in the game or any other mode you try to access?I can only access the game offline. It won’t connect to the servers on that gamertag. It happens every year. I couldn’t access NCAA and. Ow I can but can’t access Madden. So it has to be the profile.
Same issues and no way to start a case. This is just sad. Great company!
