Snow store 93 bnd zero chill and ghost fantasy packs are missing.

Lost all of my LTD from yesterday just randomly . I don't know what happened please someone get me them back 

Me and my brother both bought ghost of mut  fantasy, and his refreshed yesterday though?

All the LTDs I got from my 2nd pulling disappeared along as my 1st pick of mut mas. The 93 player I pulled also disappeared. Kinda disappointing.

My stockings refreshed but i didnt have the “ghost of mut fantasy pack” sold for like 5k snow refresh, i opened a case and the two agents did nothing or said nothing related to the issue.

Im missing my 93 BND from the weekly CPU zero chill event where u have to go 10-0 i never got it. Same issue different source
