Snow store 93 bnd zero chill and ghost fantasy packs are missing.

Completed the Zero Chill reward path and the game said I received the 93 BND player pack but it never showed up in my packs or my inventory!

No once each week. I got parham and sold him but never got opportunity to get evans

have you finished the event twice in a week? as far as i know you only get the token once in a week.

Oh ok well thats solved then. But im still missing a token from going 10-1 in the H2H event. Ive done it twice but only got 1 token

There are only 2 reward players. The long snapper was awarded in the first 2 weeks. A package with both players was awarded afterwards.

So they didnt do one for last week? Cause DePaul was from the first week,  and Sweat was from this week I have both of them but there was nothing from last week event

I have the same problem, never got my packs in the snow store

Deadlytwitch17​ you do not get a 93 ovr player for 10-0 in the cpu event. you get 390 snow + this current reward player:

edit: there are some reports that the reward pack is a fantasy pack which also gives the previous reward player:

I didnt see it, I contacted EA after I completed the weekly CPU zero chill event where u have to go 10-0 and u get a free BND zero chill pack, I wasn't sure what i was suppose to get i just knew it was a BND player and they told me it was a 93 ovr.

I am missing my snow store BND pack, as well I can not complete multiple challenges for some reason, Poe & Diggs challenges will not complete for me. Can I receive advice on what’s to do here?
