Solo Challenges not working.. Again

I haven’t been able to access the challenges menu since June 2nd, 2026. I load up the game on my Xbox, go to ultimate team, click challenges, and the game gets stuck on the screen at the 10 yard line of the Ultimate Team Background. The game doesn’t freeze, the music continues to play and all other functions of the game currently work for me in ultimate team, it’s just every time I click on the challenges menu, I’m met with this screen. If anyone has had this similar issue please help. I’ve restarted my console multiple times, cleared my cache multiple times, uninstalled the game multiple times, lineup fixes (Generate Best) but nothing seems to work. I’ve been trying to look for a solution for days, but it seems like no one has an answer and that it’s an EA issue. I’m just hoping if it is, they can fix that end for me. My Xbox GT is MOTORCITYLION.

It then started working on June 10th. I didn’t play ultimate team for two days from June 11th-13th and now the same problem came back. What is going on EA?! We’ve already established this is not an Xbox or an EA account issue. This is a technical issue on EA’s side. Please fix
