Still don’t have my will johnson and my daily coin pack isn’t showing up

I have done the boot madden 25 up and do a challenge and go back to madden 26 but still don’t have my will Johnson. Also my daily 1 coin pack isn’t showing up in the store either. It’s not the daily 70+ pack but the other daily 1 coin pack that usually gives 75+ and 76+ platinums. Both of my dad’s daily coin packs are showing up but mine aren’t.

    I created this 22 days ago and still don’t have what I’m supposed to. Y’all need more employees or something because it shouldn’t take 1 month to receive the items you’re supposed to get for playing
