Still has not received rookie premiers

I am running into an issue with missing content. I completed a rookie premier set in Madden 25 ultimate team so I can receive an 85 in madden 26 ultimate team. The game has been out for a couple weeks now and I have yet to receive mine. Most people have received theirs but I have yet to get mine. They are leaving us at a disadvantage.
