I posted on the other Topic where they even asked us to provide information on our specific case, acted like they are going to do something about it to then ghost us. Incredibly disrespectful to their own community but no surprise at all
You are 100% correct, its truly disrespectful! The lack of response makes me feel like they just simply don't care. And when you express this frustration they give you the same copy and paste answers asking you to wait longer for they're team to "fix it".... When will madden make a statement, and when will they provide us with compensation.
