This post was made over 72 hours ago and still have not received any help or even recognition from an Ea staff member. Whats the point of the EA help desk or Ea Forums if nether of them help you solve your problem. Im truly disgusted by the lack of urgency, communication, and accountability of this company. THEY CONTINUE TO ASK FOR CUSTOMERS MONEY WITH NEW PROMOS BUT WONT PROVIDE DECENT HELP DESK SERVICES!!!!!!!!!
