Im yet to receive my correct 89 overall champion pack from ranked head to head. This is my 3rd discussion post about the issue with no resolution or update yet. The only thing ea help will say is "we suggest you wait" my issue... what are we waiting for there hasn't been a single update??
That is the same thing they are saying to me!! This is crazy!!! Who is responsible for this issue because EA help can’t help at all!!
They dont care. There are countless Threads with people reporting the exact same issue and there's been no communication whatsoever
I still haven’t received my rewards yet and the EA Help chat is pointless. They can’t help do anything. I see some many people online playing with the 89 overall ranked players. This is such a rip off!!!
