Sugar Rush Event Not Granting Rewards
I just played and won 10 sugar rush cpu events, as the reward was supposed to be Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie. Upon finishing the event all it gives me is carrots.

That’s unfortunate, 10 full 4 minute 4 Qts games should be enough doing that twice is a lil overkill. I’m not doing the 20 if that’s the case.
Had this happen to me as well spent hours doing the event just to not get the reward for going 10-0
Glad I wasn't the only one that wasted hours of my life playing full games only to not get the subpar reward promised. Thanks a bunch, EA
As did I, and no event reward pack. Did all of the tricks to get it to register: bought some packs, started a new CPU event and quit and finished it, played a challenge, and nothing... hours spent for this card.
And I never seem to get EA Support to actually recover missing content. Not in years now.

This happened to me as well, spent hours going 10-0 with 4 minute quarters, just to get shown my rewards and not given them.

This same thing happened to me i even have the clips of it happening really hope Ea get this fixed because many people are wasting their time by going 10-0

I completed the Sugar Rush Air Raid event on PlayStation with my account goatedbigcj23, but I did not receive the 95 rated Rodgers-Cromartie reward. Instead, I only received carrots.
I have video clips showing that I completed the event successfully. Please review my case and grant the proper reward as soon as possible.
