Team builders

The last few times I've done the team builders I haven't received updated players from the packs. I opened to find 87 ovr heros. We normally receive the updated players from the program. So

Same issue here. The bnd heros pack are not giving current release heros.

Banned for trash bot system
I was recently banned for selling the 85 TBs at 50k due to new upgradable players coming out. Everytime I contact EA I get some trash bot saying nothing. Feels like I'm just getting robbed of my time...
