Team Season Pass

Same exact thing on switch 2. Put fifteen hours into ultimate team over the last five days and now it wants me to pay for the privilege of resetting everything and starting over. EA fix this sh*t stat

I’m dealing with the same issue on my Xbox X.  Sure wish we could get an answer. 

Same issue, spent hours to level up to 20 and bought the premium and now I’m back at level 1 and is asking me to buy it again… and even the trophies are broken, you can’t platinum the game yet. I thought they will fix these issue with the day one patch but nothing.

What was the point of spending money on preorder, when i log in few team members missing and have to buy field pass again… ugg

62VEK​ level 20 was the end of the early access team pass. It was designed that anybody could reach level 20 easily within the 7 days of early access. This means that you would no longer receive new rewards with this pass once you reached the final level.

Nobody is forced to buy the new pass. It gives additional rewards. if you dont want to spend the points for it just stay with the free pass.

Same thi g happened to me with the steelers team pass.  I was asked to buy again and didn't do it the second time.

Wish I saw this thread before I spent the 14.99 for 1600 points on Switch 2.  Only received 550 points.  The "Chat Bots" say my email isnt linked to my account.  Thats false because not only is my email linked but also my PSN XBox and Nintendo account all using the same email are linked.
