The Autumn Classic H2H Event Missing Champion Token

This is my second time beating the event and this time I didn’t receive no season 3 champion event token. I received the packs but the token was not there. 

I even played my last game and only needed 4,800 to reach the 90k and my opponent quit in the first quarter, which I have a video and I didn’t receive no AP points for that game and that should have been the last game for my event to be over since my opponent quit but no. I still had one game left, his name didn’t even appear in my record list and had 1 game to play still which I shouldn’t have had a game to play. But I played another opponent which quit as well and I maxed out the AP at 90,300 and still no token. 

Can I get my token I worked hard for??? I have video proof and screenshots.
