The Biggest Mistake You're Making in the Auction House!
Well, maybe not the biggest, but the one that infuriates me the most right now. I've ranted on this before, but if you are going to sell an LTD at auction, DO NOT SELL IT FOR LESS THAN $389k. Otherwise, you're losing coin! It's like people don't know how numbers work! Drives me nuts!
I'm looking at the last 4 sales for L.T.'s LTD. 379k, 381k, 372k, and 360k. You all lost money. And not only did you lose it, you gave it to "the house" (EA)! Take a look at Mr. 360k. I'm sure he probably thought, "instead of quickselling for 350k, I'll sell it for 360k,and make myself 10k in profit!" Wrong! You're selling it for 360k, but then EA takes 10% of that. Ten percent of 360k is 36,000, which means you just sold a card--that you could have quick sold for 350k--for 324k! Which means you just gave away 26,000 coins, for absolutely no reason whatsoever. In fact, you spent more time to lose that coin than if you had just quick sold it and kept that 26,000 coin.
Please stop needlessly giving coin to EA. That's my TED talk. Thank you.
