I purchased the training mystery pack several times and it would kick me to the main menu and say "item unavailable". Once I logged back in, my training was gone and there were weren't any unopened packs. This has happened multiple times.
When I spoke to their support team they said “they’re investigating it” which translates to “here is 1 Hail Mary pack as a customer service grant, not stop crying”. Typical EA fashion
It's crazy that multiple people are having an issue where they aren't getting packs they paid for or can't play these events and we can't get any help or makerights. I wonder if they read these forums.
I also opened a pack but was kicked out and after several chats with EA support the best I can get is the issue cannot be fixed
