Trick or treat in ultimate team

I am sure people have seen that the key is for a certain address. It happened to me Saturday night as I had 5 options and 3 did not recognize the key. I took one of the 2 that did have the key, played the game, got no stats, no win and the key back in my items. It was then I matched the key address with the same address block of games and have had no problem since and played a dozen H2H CPU games on Sunday. Maybe I just got lucky, but if you have not been matching the addys, then it could be the problem.

Still, it is a poor representation. Hill and Crosby are still MIA with no explanation. Waiting to redeem {most likely} Burrow  is still 10 days away as it said Oct 30th, but most of the people that have asked why it is not working did not see that.

You would think EA knows by now after 15 years+ of Ultimate team, the top 3 programs people are always interested in is Most Feared, Christmas and Easter. You just cannot screw those up and they have done Most feared wrong the last 2 games.

Having same issue. Got to the 3rd tier and won the first game then said I had no key or even gave me credit for the game won. Then I ended up buying 3 more keys with candy and would not register the key after either the first or second game. I can't believe this. And as usual, EA Help is NO HELP. They should just drop the help from their name. Wish they could bring NFL 2K back, might just need to start getting that game back out.

Yup i noticed the same thing started to happen to me last night Saturday as well. And then today Sunday it’s happened to me z5 times I’d be on game 1 game 2 or about to start game 3. Madden closes I reopen and I’m back to no keys no game history just **bleep** out of candy and keys. Total bull**bleep** 

This keeps happening to me as well. I get a key and the first time I got 2 games into the 3rd tier, came back the next day when they changed the layout of the event everything was reset. So I started again got half way through the 2nd tier, came back the next day and it was reset again. So once again I just started over now, did one game, didn't even leave my computer after I exited after winning the first game I went to go play the 2nd game and once again it is reset... This is garbage...
