Twitch Tristin McCollum Never Received

I have my EA Account connected to Twitch, I watched the MCS Stream to get the Tristin McCollum and then I was patient after the delayed drop and now it’s been weeks after and I still have not received Tristin McCollum and I don’t know how to get him for my Team
